Course Description
This course is verified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and leads to an internationally recognised professional qualification in educational testing, the Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET). The course is comprised of 5 modules, covering specific topics related to testing and assessment including academic attainment testing and intelligence testing. Every course participant is assigned an experienced psychologist as their tutor who will work with them through the course. There is coursework to be submitted throughout this course and submitted to tutors. The assessed work consists of multiple choice questions, administering a test, writing a report and answering short written questions.
The course starts at the very beginning and builds the participants skills and knowledge as they progress through the course. The topics covered on the course are:
