*Access Arrangements allow candidates/learners with special educational needs, disabilities or temporary injuries to access their exams, such as their GCSE and GCE assessments, without changing the demands of the assessment. For example, readers, scribes and Braille question papers. In this way, Awarding Bodies and schools will comply with the duty of the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments. The rules and regulations around applying for access arrangements change a little every year, so it is important that schools and SENCos stay up to date and ensure that they are in compliance. This webinar will meet the needs of your school, ensuring that you are kept up to date and informed about the policies and procedures required for your access arrangement assessment and application process.
